The 100% Cotton 32*32 130*70 58/59" dyed twill fabric ,This is a classical twill fabric for garments in Summer season. It can be used for leisure wear and Uniforms, like long and short shirts, light jacket, long and short pants, skirts. We are making reactive dyeing for leisure wear,  and making vat dyeing for uniforms to make superior colourfastness for some industrial workers in extreme conditions. Our twill fabrics are in RS type yarn, woven by rapier looms. Dyeing twill fabrics are made with developed continuous dyeing producing lines in wholly process. All of our plain dyed fabrics are in well done with mercerizing and sanforizing. They are high quality level products.

Our poly cotton fabric bright spot: 

1. RS yarn to make better strength.

2. Continuous dyeing to make good coincidence of each color.

3. Woven by rapier loom or airjet loom, quality will be much better than shuttle loom quality.

4. For uniforms, we are adopting vat dyestuffs to keep a good colorfastness.

5. we can supply different special finishing effects for various demand, such like soften finishing, stiffening,

   easy care, 3M finishing, flame retardant finishing,  water proof etc.
